Dinosaurs are prehistoric animals that roamed longer than many other species, 165 million years. Their reign started in the early Triassic period around 225 million years ago; only to later end in the late Cretaceous 65 million years ago. The only living Dinosaurs are Birds, which belong to the Theropod group (which included giants, like Tyrannosaurus and Allosaurus)
